This is my quilting blog. I was infected by the Quilting virus in 2002 whilst living in Manchester. The real one, not Bartlet's. The one where Marx and Engels became rather unpopular with the local crowd. Anyway, I'm rambling ... as I often do.

(2) DONE! jungle animals and grass pattern to be turned into a baby quilt
(3) DONE! Finished top 1m by 2m of sample blocks to be turned into a bed spread
(4) a ton of men's shirts, all in different blues and different or no patterns
(5) DONE! a set of bed linen with blue-green stripes and matching floral design to be turned into a quilted-only quilt
(6) GONE! to be used as bed linen: set of bed linen with pink and red stripes and matching floral design to be turned into a quilted-only quilt
(7) a set of four fat quarters in autumnal colours to be turned into Fig Leaves
(8) DONE - by someone else ;-) IKEA fabric for a table cloth and matching seat cushions
(9) ivy leaf fabric to be turned into a table cloth
(10) ONE DONE, one in the works, four more to deal with: a gazillion of Bassetti panels to be turned into bed throws
(11) a selection of different silk and organza fabrics to eventually start art quilting.
(12) a selection of Klimt fabric to be turned into God-knows-what
(13) Christmas themed fabric to be turned into sock-shaped pendants
(14) WIP: Red and green 4"x4" squares with matching backing fabric to be turning into a Disappearing Nine Patch
(15) WIP: a selection of white, red, green and grey fabrics to be turned into a quilt inspired by the tiling in my favourite pub in Manchester
(16) WORKING ON IT: a vast selection of 4 to 6 inch scraps of Kaffe Fassett fabrics to be turned into quilts-in-a-day and even more quilts-in-a-day for friendly newborns.
(17) Lots of Westfalen fabric to be turned into baby blankets
(18) Lots of colourful IKEA fabrics to be turned into utility quilts
(19) Charm packs and a jelly roll to be turned into something for me
(20) 3 Quarters gone: a large pack of Quilt Pink fabric from Moda, already turned into a Christening Quilt, some into a Quilt-in-a-day and other projects.
(21) I'm sure there is more ... a very good reason to down-size
